1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "454bd", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 454bd platform, its operators, and associated entities responsible for the delivery of the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 454bd platform and makes use of any part of the services.
• "Platform" — refers to the 454bd website accessible at https://454bd.io, including all games, betting markets, account management features, and support services available thereon.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, used to access real-money betting, casino, and related services.
• "Services" — refers collectively to sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, promotional programmes, the Loyalty Program, and all other features made available through the Platform.
• "Funds" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) deposited by a Player into their 454bd account balance and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward issued by 454bd, which is subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required by 454bd prior to processing withdrawals.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operative time zone for all deadlines, promotions, and operational matters on the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. Where any conflict exists between a translated version of these Terms and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on the 454bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate when registering or placing wagers.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended 454bd account.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally through any recognised self-exclusion programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 454bd or any of its game and service providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

454bd operates a mandatory KYC verification process in order to confirm the identity of all Players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any time by our compliance procedures, regardless of whether a withdrawal has been requested.

Accepted identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Valid Bangladesh Passport — photo page
• Bangladesh Driving Licence — where accepted as proof of identity

In addition to identity documents, 454bd may request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing account holder name and number), and in some cases proof of source of funds.

Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawals remain suspended. 454bd will not be liable for any delay in processing a withdrawal where that delay is attributable to an incomplete or pending KYC submission by the Player.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 454bd account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that takes place using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that specific action, unless you have previously notified 454bd of suspected unauthorised access in writing. 454bd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Do not access your 454bd account from shared or public devices without logging out completely afterwards.
• Contact 454bd support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Do not permit any other person to use your account, even temporarily.

454bd uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on your own practices. We strongly encourage the use of two-factor authentication where available.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

454bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by 454bd on standard transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 454bd does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard BST business hours. Requests submitted outside these hours may be processed on the next available business cycle.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• 454bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before withdrawal request may be subject to a processing review.
• 454bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

454bd offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all 454bd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and carry wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Uncompleted requirements result in the bonus balance being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 454bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

Loyalty Program points and tier rewards are governed by the separate Loyalty Program Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value until converted according to the Programme rules, and expire in accordance with the inactivity policy stated in the Loyalty Programme documentation.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 454bd Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to the sport-specific rules applicable to each event. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules prevail.

• Minimum bet: ৳20 per selection on sports betting markets. Slot minimum bet is ৳20 per spin. Live casino minimum bets are set by the table provider and displayed on-screen.
• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 454bd reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without explanation.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where a manifest pricing error has occurred. Void bet stakes are returned to the account balance.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled on the final confirmed score at the time of event completion.
• Disconnection policy: If a player is disconnected mid-game in a live casino title, the game will continue according to the provider's rules. 454bd is not liable for disconnection losses resulting from the player's internet connection.

All casino game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested for fairness. 454bd does not modify or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a disputed game result, the log held by the game provider constitutes the authoritative record.

8 Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 454bd Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, permanently closed with any outstanding balance subject to forfeiture:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing errors — any winnings derived from a manifest error will be voided.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any scheme involving insider knowledge or the deliberate manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity, or using the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any competitive gaming environment.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to mask identity, or exploiting wagering structures to guarantee bonus conversion without genuine gameplay intent.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access or account funds to any third party.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 454bd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, text, graphics, game content, and databases — is the intellectual property of 454bd or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or publication of any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design without express written authorisation from 454bd.
• Using 454bd trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any external communication without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 454bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to protect their credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment provider failures or delays.

454bd's total aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Use

454bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 454bd.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and gameplay is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — personalised promotional communications. 454bd does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Note that data required for regulatory compliance purposes may be retained for the mandatory period even following account closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

454bd is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment, and we recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of users. We provide a range of tools to help Players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional alerts that notify you when a set duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, immediately suspending access to real-money gambling. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the elected period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

454bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 454bd will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 454bd is incorporated and operates. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or Platform ruling, the Player must contact 454bd support in the first instance. 454bd commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 72 hours BST and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
